I am sure that you've heard about getting a second chance, well that domain was already taken by a weapons and body armor retailer. That left me with the Third-chance domain, so here we are. Welcome to my E-world.
Thought I would start the site with a little guitar riff and a photo of me in the badlands of South Dakota during the 2000 Sturgis Rally. Wow that was a lot of fun. It's been a while since I have updated the site so there is a lot of new stuff from the family and friends.
It seems like it's been only a short time since the 2000 Sturgis Rally. Time just keeps on going and the older I get the faster it rolls by. I think this summer will include some good trips and maybe a couple of weekend rides.
I wish I could, but will have to wait for retirement before I can focus on riding as much as possible. Most of us have a hard time letting go of the need to schedule our days and plan our way through life, but when I'm on a road trip, well that's when you forget about what time or date it is and live on the rising and setting of the sun. Just you and your machine with no pressures to be some place or meet the requirements of someone elses plans, even your own.
My philosophy for these trips is simple: you get where you are when you get there, and that's where you are. Now this holds true for my other favorite leisurely endeavor, hiking and back country exploration. What can I say about this hobby? I don't do it enough either. The Olympic Peninsula is such a beautiful area that I don't think I could ever get bored with it or see it all.
